Guests can cancel their booking up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after cancellation approval. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during booking. Non-refundable rates or last-minute bookings are not eligible for refunds.
